Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the healthcare facility. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, community hospital experience preferred.
- Education Requirement: Must possess required certifications, relevant experience, and licensure in the applicable state at the time of submission.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Managing ventilated patients, performing chest tubes, intubations, central line insertion and management, moderate sedation, and other emergency procedures.
- Submission Requirement: All candidates must meet clinical and operational qualifications specified, including necessary certifications and licensure.
- Unit Details: Care for adult and geriatric populations, with high patient acuity, moderate sedation, and advanced emergency procedures.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required.
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Staffed with a 4:1 patient ratio during day and night shifts.
