Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in the emergency department.

Position Details

  • Orientation: Every Monday
  • Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts (18:45 - 07:15)
  • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, with a total of 6 weekend shifts in each 6-week schedule (Friday & Saturday nights)
  • Patient Ratio: 1:4-6

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Completion of at least one travel assignment
  • Experience with General Emergency Department care for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Familiarity with CERNER electronic health records system is required

Certifications Required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Scrubs are not provided; the required color is Royal Blue.
