Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to start right away. Located in Abbeville, SC, this position offers the chance to work in a community known for its charming small-town feel and rich history, providing a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Manage care for patients with critical, life-threatening conditions requiring rapid assessment and high-intensity interventions.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for early interventions.
Prepare patients for surgery, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.
Perform emergency procedures including IV insertion and medication administration.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of employment (or willingness to obtain).
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association.
