Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position available in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. The selected candidate will provide care in a 28-bed department that includes trauma bays, behavioral health rooms, and cardiac monitor rooms. This assignment requires flexibility to work varied 12-hour shifts and is focused on delivering high-quality emergency care.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Varied shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly (36 hours per week); no guarantee of hours.
  • Required Qualifications: Possession of a current professional nursing license issued by the State of Hawaii. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Procedural Sedation certification, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) are preferred but not required.
  • Additional Information: Candidates not currently licensed in Hawaii must obtain their license before the start of the assignment. The start date is 11/16/2026, and arrival by the preceding Thursday is required to attend the employee health appointment on Friday.
