Job Details
- Shift and Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS Basic Life Support; ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support; PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support; TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course; NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in emergency or acute care settings.
- Position Description: The RN will be one of only two RNs working in the emergency department, managing all ages, injuries, and illnesses with a high degree of skill. The department cares for a broad patient demographic and is the only facility within 40 miles of a trauma center, handling a wide range of urgent cases.
- Additional Notes: The role requires excellent clinical skills, ability to handle a diverse patient population, and adaptability to a small hospital setting.
