Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department or relevant acute care nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
• Strong adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive in high-pressure emergency care situations
• Previous experience in a fast-paced clinical environment preferred
• Comfortable working with emergency care workflows and documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring and interpretation
• Support rapid assessment, intervention, and patient flow in a high-volume ER setting
• Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, ED techs, and support staff
• Utilize emergency equipment such as cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO drills, and Lifepak devices as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech
• Deliver compassionate care while responding effectively to changing patient needs
