·       Number of Beds - 12

·       Number of Staff – 4

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 3 RNS plus 2 mid shifters

o   Night Shift – 3 RNS

·       Patient Ratios –  4:1

·       Type of equipment – Standard ED equipment

·       EMR - Expanse

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·       2 YEARS OF ED EXPERIENCE

·       EXPANSE Experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·       ENPC  

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):    

·        Triage

·       Assessment/reassessment

·       IV start

·       Lab draw

·       Will have to train for lab at each facility

·       EKG

Best personality Fit:

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·       ACLS

·       BLS

·       TNCC

·       PAL and ENPC

·       CPI/NICRSIS
