Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) this position is located in the emergency department of a healthcare facility. The role involves delivering safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The ER RN will communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.

Job Details

  • Current and valid state Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate upon hire and must be maintained.
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificate upon hire and must be maintained.
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificate and/or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) upon hire and must be maintained.
  • Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; Emergency Room (ER) setting preferred.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • The candidate must submit a professional prime resume, two prime references, and complete the prime skills checklist for consideration.
