Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in a rural healthcare setting. The role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced Emergency Department with a scope that includes managing diverse trauma cases and ensuring patient safety. The position is available for a duration of 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on organizational need.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), De-Escalation Training, 0 or more years of ER experience, Cerner EMR system preferred, must attach required license and certifications with submission, driver's license and permanent home address must match IDs, traveler must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
- Float: Float to Starke Hospital Emergency Department may be required
- Unit Details: 23 beds with patient ratios possibly 4 or 5:1
