Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department RN experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty
• Required certifications must be active and unexpired at submission
• Ability to complete required onboarding assessments during orientation
• Willingness to comply with pre-start screening and facility compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult emergency patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Perform focused assessments, triage support, and timely interventions based on patient acuity
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with emergency nursing standards and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support a calm, professional, and compassionate patient experience during urgent care moments
