Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients within the Emergency Department on a shift basis. The RN will supervise staff delegation, ensure compliance with high standards of care, and support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical excellence and resource management.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, minimum of 0 years of experience, and applicable education in nursing
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
