Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or a compact license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
  • Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a high-volume or Level II/III trauma emergency department
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergent situations
