Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
  • May be asked to float to offsite emergency department locations as operational needs arise
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience
  • Ability to work every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • 2 or more years of emergency department experience
  • Experience floating to multiple care sites or emergency department locations
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in high-acuity environments
