Emergency Services Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week contract. The position requires flexibility in scheduling with shifts ranging from 3 PM to 3 AM.

Location

This position is located in City, State. Please note that there are no local candidates available within a 50-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and perform necessary medical procedures as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Services Registered Nurse (ER RN) in a hospital setting.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system is preferred.
