As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
