Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• At least 1 year of recent emergency department or acute care nursing experience
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER nursing environment
• Current clinical skills supporting safe, timely patient care
• Flexibility and professionalism in a travel nursing assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring in the emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment and discharge planning
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and hospital standards
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Respond quickly and calmly to changes in patient condition
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experience in the ER
