Minimum 2+ years Director of Nursing (DON) experience (long-term care/nursing home required) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS, Active RN License / Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week), 13 weeks / Start Date: ASAP / Unit: Director of Nursing (DON) – Long-Term Care Skills Required: Strong leadership & team management, staffing & scheduling, regulatory compliance (state/federal), policy development, quality improvement, audits, interdisciplinary collaboration / Additional: Must have LTC/nursing home experience, strong communication & organizational skills required / PAY NEGOTIABLE
