**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Dialysis!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Acute Dialysis team!
- As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with comprehensive patient care.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, implementing, and documenting tailored nursing care based on individual patient needs.
- Identifying patient needs and prioritizing care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating a personalized plan of care for assigned patients through ongoing assessments.
- Initiating assessments based on patient problems, physicians’ medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Performing therapeutic nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Managing the care of patients and ensuring adherence to standards of care and practice.
- Advocating for evidence-based practice and supporting innovation in care delivery.
- Providing patient-centered care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model.
- Taking on other duties and responsibilities as assigned to foster a collaborative team environment.
**Skills and Experience:**
- Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute dialysis experience.
- Telemetry experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Fresenius T Machines and portable RO systems.
- Preferred:
- 2 or more years of acute hemodialysis experience.
- Familiarity with Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis Machines and EPIC EHR is a plus.
**Education and Certification:**
- Required:
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
**Shift:**
- 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM or 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM
