- Care for adult and pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Implanted port access skills required; most patients have ports.
- Some peripheral vascular access.
- Primary equipment: Optia.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients with complex needs, prioritize care, and evaluate treatment responses.
- Coordinate individualized care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide patient, family, and caregiver education.
- Support continuity of care and discharge planning.
