**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Dialysis CWR!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN looking to make a significant impact in patient care? - We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Acute Dialysis unit. - In this pivotal role, you will: - Evaluate patients and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment and interventions. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments linked to patients’ problems and physicians’ medical diagnoses. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage comprehensive patient care. - Advocate for evidence-based care standards and innovative practices in care delivery. - Deliver patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing models. - Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of acute dialysis experience. - Telemetry experience is highly preferred. - Familiarity with Fresenius T Machines and portable RO's is essential. **Education:** - Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: BLS (AHA). - Required: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Schedule Notes:** - If you thrive in a dynamic work environment, we need you on our team! - Evening shifts available with a rotation of 4 x 10 workdays. - Weekend commitment: Every other Saturday, with occasional Sundays. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
