Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Saint Helena, California.
Job Summary:
Delivers coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups according to established nursing standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery. Coordinates patient care with other healthcare disciplines using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment. Collects and analyzes patient health data to determine diagnoses and care issues. Develops and implements care plans with appropriate interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Monitors and evaluates patient progress toward established outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide care in a safe, healing, and compassionate environment. Provides education and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred. Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required. Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required. Additional facility-specific certifications may be required per policy.
