Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4-5 days per week, Sundays off | Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM; some shifts may run mid-morning to late afternoon depending on patient treatment needs
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
- Administer and monitor dialysis treatments, adjusting as needed based on patient response
- Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
- Accommodate variable scheduling needs, including additional patient treatments that may shift daily start times
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN License required
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing
- Ability to adapt to variable daily schedules and fluctuating patient volumes
