**Exciting Opportunity for Dialysis RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team as a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) overseeing patient care and dialysis delivery.
- Engage with patients by providing essential education for their health and treatment.
- Supervise and mentor Dialysis Technicians to ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate closely with a comprehensive care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders while actively monitoring patient outcomes.
- Participate in innovative quality improvement projects to enhance patient care.
- This is a chronic, in-center position covering multiple locations including Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe.
- Flexibility to work Monday - Saturday AM & PM shifts based on staffing needs.
**Licensure & Certification:**
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the American Heart Association.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required.
- Previous dialysis experience is essential.
- Preferred background in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.
**Location & Hours:**
- Must be able to work at any of the clinics in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point.
- Availability for various AM/PM shifts based on staffing demands.
**Shift Information:**
- 10-13 hour shifts available for AM & PM.
