Dialysis Registered Nurse (Acute & Chronic Dialysis RN) – Day / Varied Shifts

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week (Varied shifts to include days & nights as needed)
    • Floating Protocol: Traveler may be required to float to other clinical units, departments, or patient care areas based on facility operational needs.
    • Holiday Protocol: Holiday coverage required.
    • Performance Standard: Facility operates under strict Low/Mid/High performer expectations; contracts are subject to immediate termination if performance metrics are not met.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract.
  • Location Region: Nebraska (NE).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of clinical RN experience in Dialysis (Acute/Chronic) or Med-Surg Adult care [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Cerner EMR required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Nebraska State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
