**Job Description:**

- We are seeking an experienced RN to join our dynamic Outpatient Dialysis unit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care.
- Document patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient plans of care as prescribed by physicians, including patient and family instruction.
- Participate in unit performance improvement activities and embrace shared governance.
- Provide clinical guidance to other units/departments to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to enhance patient safety and experience while escalating concerns appropriately through the chain of command.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current Wisconsin RN License and education verification.
- AHA Provider Level BLS and AHA Provider Level ACLS certifications.
