TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Everett, Washington, 98201!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatment and provide direct patient care across multiple in-center clinic locations
Educate patients on their treatment, condition, and care plan
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and support clinical staff
Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and individualized care plans while monitoring patient outcomes
Administer medications and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a valid Multi-State Compact Nurse license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Previous dialysis experience required
Ability to float and work at multiple clinic locations in the Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe areas
Availability to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing needs, any day Monday through Saturday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings
Comfort working in a float or multi-site clinical environment
