Job Summary:
Dialysis Unit Registered Nurse (RN) This position, located in the dialysis unit, involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatments. The RN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards, using a framework for professional nursing practice and development.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, no minimum years of experience specified, and experience or training relevant to dialysis nursing is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional certification related to dialysis nursing are preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient progress, document assessments and interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role may include supervising staff and working with external agencies or providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
