Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for delivering dialysis treatments in an inpatient setting, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, using Fresenius machines. Will be required to float across all campuses and work a flexible schedule to meet patient needs.
- Required Qualifications: 24 months of current dialysis experience, inpatient dialysis experience, hemodialysis experience using Fresenius machines, active Iowa/IA license or multistate license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross, and 12-hour shift availability with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in tele health, ICU patient care, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EPIC EMR) are preferred.
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Call rotation from 19:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, scheduled weekend on-call from 19:00 to 07:00 every third weekend, and holiday work may be required. A minimum of 24 months of dialysis experience, including inpatient, is mandatory.
