Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:- Adult inpatient Dialysis – Acute/Chronic Renal Failure
Patient Ratios:- RN: 2:1, 3:1 with hemodialysis technician
- Hemodialysis tech: 4:1 with RN
Required Licensure & Certifications:- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS – Resource Team requirements
Skills required:- Assessments, Medication Administration, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis

- Charge nurse: Oversees department operations and patient throughput
