Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN Circulator / Scrub) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts (Varied Start Times) | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Sunday – Saturday Work Week
    • Call Protocol: On-call coverage strictly required (specific call expectations discussed during clinical interview).
    • Floating Protocol: Floating is required; travelers are first to float and may float to other sister campuses across the Lee Health system as needed.
    • RTO Protocol: All requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submission; no post-submission RTO will be approved.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract; ASAP Start
  • Location Region: Fort Myers, Florida (FL) | Travel Candidates Only

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Dual Skill Mandate (Scrub & Circulate) [HARDSTOP]: Candidates must have direct dual experience in BOTH Scrubbing and Circulating open-heart and complex cardiovascular cases [HARDSTOP].
  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated CVOR RN experience in a hospital setting required [HARDSTOP]. (Prior travel experience strongly preferred).
  • Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Strict 50-mile radius rule enforced. Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from HealthPark Medical Center [HARDSTOP].
  • Mandatory Submission Demographics [HARDSTOP]: Profile must include full address, email, full DOB, full SSN, and RN license number at time of submittal to be eligible for confirmation [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Florida State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Proficiency: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR [HARDSTOP].
