• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Orientation: 20 hours
• Charting System: Epic
• Weekend Coverage: Required, based on unit needs
• Call: Required; 30-minute response expectation
• On-Call Schedule: 3 weekend days and 6 weekdays per month
• Pre-Approved Time Off: Not available

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar cardiovascular procedural setting
• Valid Registered Nurse licensure
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong experience with Epic charting
• Ability to support a wide range of cardiac procedural care needs
• Experience with interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a team-based, high-acuity environment
• First-time travelers may be considered with strong academic cath lab experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures with a focus on safety, quality care, and positive patient outcomes
• Support procedural sedation monitoring and recovery workflows
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with scrubbing, circulating, and procedural preparation as needed
• Support the management of cardiac devices and advanced procedural equipment
• Interpret and respond to patient status changes, dysrhythmias, and hemodynamic monitoring data
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the procedural team to ensure smooth case flow
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients
