TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Montgomery, Alabama.
UNIT: CVOR
CLINICAL INTERVIEW & MANAGER APPROVAL FOR OFFERS
Experience Required: 2 years. STRONG in Trauma (no burns), Neuro, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint experience), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes
RN: circulate only, experience in above case types
Prefer robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI)
CVOR: CVOR exp and experience with patient types list Below.
Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO.
Certs Required: ACLS, BLS.
Patient Types: Minimal Peds (typically Ortho) Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO.
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Technology/Equipment: EMR: CERNER, Medication dispensing: Omnicell, IV pumps: Plum 360, Monitors: Spacelabs
Orientation: 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation,
