Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) Nurse position located in the region. This role involves providing specialized cardiovascular care within the operating room setting, supporting procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, minimally invasive valves, dissections, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. The position requires a highly skilled professional capable of delivering excellent patient care during complex surgical interventions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification(s) appropriate for operating room cardiovascular nursing, with 3+ years of relevant experience. Education and degree requirements aligned with cardiovascular and surgical nursing standards. Location preferences and experience in perioperative cardiovascular procedures are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic/neurology procedures and DaVinci robotic surgery is highly desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit features two cardiovascular operating rooms, is a Level 2 Trauma Center, and emphasizes teamwork and technological advancements. The team performs high-acuity procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, and thoracic surgeries, with staff experienced in advanced cardiovascular interventions.
