Job Description:

The RN will work night shifts in the CVOR, focusing on advanced cardiac procedures and post-operative care, ensuring adherence to the specific protocols for patients with complex cardiovascular needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients with AMI, CAD, and PVD
• Utilize IABP, CRRT, and manage post-operative heart surgery patients
• Titrate and monitor drips such as Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epinephrine, Levosimendan, Insulin, and Cardene
• Collaborate with Intensivists and use in-room monitoring technology
• Float to ICU/PCU/MS/Tele as needed

Requirements:

• More than two years of CVICU experience
• Must pass dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with Impella and Cerner preferred
