I’ve been recruiting nurses for 10+ years, and one thing I’ve always believed in is that communication, transparency, and honesty are what make a great recruiter-nurse relationship. One thing I want nurses to know about Vivian: when you apply to jobs, you may be giving recruiters consent to submit you—even if you never actually speak with them. That’s not how I work. I will never submit one of my nurses without written or verbal consent. If you apply to one of my jobs, I want to make sure you know: • Where you are being submitted • The pay breakdown • The complete job details • What the facility is like, when I have previous experience or knowledge of it • What to expect during the interview process My job isn’t just to submit you and hope for the best. My job is to work for you, make sure you’re prepared, and help you land the right assignment.
