Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CTICU.
Monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs continuously, assessing and responding to changes in status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and treatment options.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years specifically in CT or CVICU.
Experience working in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred.
Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.
Travel nursing experience is required.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA are mandatory.
Must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of 6 months to be considered.

Work Schedule

This position requires a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.

Additional Information

Scrubs of any color are acceptable, with a weekly orientation provided for new hires.
