Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide high-quality nursing care as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Atlantic Health System.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams using the Shared Governance model to promote evidence-based care for patients and their families.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, involvement, dignity, and excellence (PRIDE core values) in every aspect of the job.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; maintain strong computer and documentation skills.
- Work 12-hour shifts (7p-7a), 36 hours per week.
- Maintain required certifications: BLS and ACLS (CCRN strongly preferred).
- Hold a valid New Jersey Nursing License.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting required.
