First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Rockford, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Nights

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 12-Hour Nights (36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week) | Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
  • Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract 
  • Scheduling Logistics: Must be available for full 13-week commitment. Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday rotation required.



    Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Proven Critical Care / ICU experience managing high-acuity CCU (Coronary/Cardiac Care Unit) patients. This specialized experience must be clearly reflected on the candidate's resume.

  • Facility Setting Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Mid-to-large acute care hospital experience is required.
  • Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active Illinois RN License in good standing.
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
