Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float position is based in a healthcare organization that supports flexible staffing assignments for critical care professionals. This role involves providing specialized patient care across ICU and intermediate care units. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with scheduled orientation sessions and dedicated training.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
  • Schedule: Night shifts totaling 36 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license for ICU Float; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and Florida license, or compact license are required. CCRN is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of ICU specialty experience is required. Orientations occur every Monday.
  • Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification is preferred. Prior travel experience is not required.
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Travelers will float to all ICU and IMCU units. Every other weekend is required with no call obligations. EPIC training is required during the second half of the day at orientation, with testing opportunities to test out of training. If training is not passed, completion of full training is required before working independently.
  • Start Date: 10/05/2026
  • End Date: 01/04/2027
