**Job Title: Correctional Health • RN • Evenings**
Join our team as a Registered Nurse for evening shifts in Commerce, CA, providing vital healthcare in a correctional environment on a 16•week contract.
**Key Details:**
• **Duration:** 16 weeks
• **Schedule:** 40 hours/week, 5 x 8•hour evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• **Patient Ratios:** Compliant with California State Law
• **Certifications:** AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card, LA County Employee Health Clearance
• **License:** Active CA RN License
**Experience Required:**
• 2+ years in Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, Medical•Surgical, Correctional Health, or ER
• Proficient in blood drawing
• Travel experience preferred; local travelers welcome
**COVID•19 Requirement:**
• Mandatory COVID vaccination and booster (if eligible)
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adolescents with diverse health needs
• Perform health screenings, medication administration, and emergency response
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate health records
