Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Technologist – Western North Carolina

Schedule: Monday through Friday; Stress Lab 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Cardiac Rehabilitation Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Highlights:
- Dual-role position covering both cardiac stress testing and cardiac rehabilitation services
- Perform advanced stress testing including stress echocardiography, dobutamine stress testing, and nuclear stress testing
- Documentation systems include Cerner and Scottcare; stress equipment includes Case System
- Patient ratios: 1:1 during stress testing, 1:4 in cardiac rehabilitation
- Work in a facility that is part of a nationally recognized health system serving as the region's referral center
- Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or call requirements
Requirements:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- Demonstrated experience performing all types of cardiac stress testing (stress echo, dobutamine stress, nuclear stress)
- Strong knowledge of EKG interpretation specific to stress testing
- Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and stress test protocols
