  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Schedule: 4x10s
  • Shift: Days
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  • RTO: Up to 4 days
  • On Call: No

  • Local Travelers: Accepted

     

Position Overview

This is a rounding-focused Care Coordinator RN role with no bedside nursing. You’ll spend the day making rounds, communicating with patients, documenting, and helping ensure patients feel heard, seen, and cared for.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Bubbly, outgoing, compassionate, and empathetic
  • An excellent and clear communicator
  • Comfortable engaging with patients and providing a high level of customer service
  • Focused on creating a positive patient experience and helping improve patient outcomes and satisfaction scores
  • Comfortable making rounds throughout the day and addressing patient concerns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of RN experience
  • Active California RN License
  • BLS
  • Fire Card

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

     

Pay Package

  • Taxable: $28/hr
  • OT: $42/hr
  • Lodging: $1,850/week
  • Meals: $0
  • Gross Weekly Estimate:$3,082/week
