Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment

Shift: Days – 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
Contract: 13 weeks
 

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess patients and monitor their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.

Requirements

• Active SD RN License or Compact RN License – IN HAND, REQUIRED
• BLS – Required
• Must confirm preferred schedule: 8-hour days or 10-hour days
• Must be available for 40 hours/week
• No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford accepted.
