Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in a clinic setting. This role requires a strong background in Family Medicine and administrative responsibilities, including supervising LPNs and managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a family medicine/clinic environment.
  • Supervise and support LPNs in their duties.
  • Handle phone triage and patient inquiries effectively.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with multi-specialty teams as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Work Schedule

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Weekend requirements may apply during holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, with a commitment to work two blocks as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Family Medicine/Clinic settings.
  • Ambulatory care experience is required.
  • Experience in multi-specialty environments, including but not limited to cardiology.
  • Proficient in phone triage.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR is strongly preferred.
  • Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
  • Must have a valid RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
