House Supervisor RN – Care Career

 House Supervisor RN opportunity available that may be a great fit for someone with strong nursing leadership and hospital-wide coordination experience.


Position: House Supervisor RN
Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Shift Time:5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Position Urgency: Quick Start

 

 

‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient placement and movement
  • Coordinate staffing with nursing directors
  • Attend all emergency codes and traumas
  • Provide support to staff throughout the hospital
  • Act as a liaison between providers and staff
  • Coordinate with other healthcare facilities
  • Support overall hospital operations during the shift

⭐ Ideal Candidate

  • Strong nursing leadership experience
  • House Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Experience with staffing coordination and patient placement
  • Comfortable responding to emergency codes and traumas
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
