Job Description
Hospice care and assessment, floating to different facilities within a 1 hour radius. Ratio varies on schedule, ~4-8 pts/day
Requirements:
1+ home health, hospice, or SNF/ALF experience
Active and good-standing Wisconsin RN license or multistate license from another compact state
