Requirements:
- Current, full, and unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska (must be active at time of submission)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Case Management certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must reside at least 100+ miles from the facility location
- Fingerprint clearance required (start date not less than 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders and organizational policy
- Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions or escalation of care
- Provide patient and family education related to care, medications, and follow-up needs
- Coordinate care and facilitate referrals in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record
- Practice within nursing scope of practice and adhere to regulatory, safety, and infection prevention requirements
- Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain required competencies and certifications
