**Job Description:**
- Join a passionate team providing exceptional nursing care focused on women’s health, specifically in Breast and Cervical cancer prevention and screening.
- Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM — perfect for work-life balance!
- Utilize your nursing expertise to:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely per provider orders and policy.
- Educate patients and families about care, medications, and discharge needs.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Providers and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Radiology and Community Wellness for comprehensive care management.
- Ensure high-quality, culturally competent care that promotes a positive patient experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Education:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska or other U.S. state required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Case Management certification needed within 2 years of hire.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with electronic health records and clinical systems.
- **Physical Requirements:**
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and kneeling.
