Description:
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CARE COORDINATION.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
A valid California RN License is necessary.
Candidates should have solid experience in Care Coordination.
This position involves working 8-hour day shifts.
The role requires the ability to float as needed.
The schedule includes every other weekend shifts.
The hospital reserves the right to cancel shifts up to 4 times during the 13-week assignment.
Familiarity with Cerner charting system is preferred.
