Description:
This position will support complex cases across the system and patients in the community virtually.
Floating between offices will be required, but primary work will be virtual.
Two days on-site and three days remote each week.
BLS and CA RN licenses are required.
Experience in inpatient case management is essential.
Candidates should be familiar with the Epic charting system and have community hospital experience.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Skills required include care coordination, medical necessity evaluation, discharge planning, and prior authorization.
Candidates must also be knowledgeable of HIPAA guidelines and CMS regulations.
Work history verification and documentation of the last 7 years are necessary for compliance.
